Participates in the development of the institute's research and development strategy, prepares the annual report of scientific results, examines and approves research projects and policy, as well as proposals for organization and reorganization. It also organizes scientific actions, proposes measures for professional development, recruitment and promotion competitions, confirms their results and approves the granting of scholarships and training internships.
