The claimed covering comprises a panel (1) which is fixed on a building facade (3) and consists of two glass sheets separated by spacers (2), thereby forming an air chamber, a network of independent modular tubes (11) placed perpendicular on the panel, spaced apart and equipped with temperature sensors, an antibacterial filter (6), a set of diaphragms (7), a variable position flap, controlled by a servo-motor, an electronic module (9), secondary batteries (10), a light-emitting diode (12) and photovoltaic cells (13).
